FROM WORLD FIRST TO WORLD LEADER
Takeuchi developed the world’s first compact excavator in 1971, and our innovation continued again in the mid-80’s with the introduction of the first compact track loader. These two products have transformed the North American construction equipment markets and have positioned Takeuchi as a leading provider of compact equipment.
Takeuchi continues to provide products that meet the needs of today’s contractor, and our dedication to the compact market is evident by our extensive dealer and service network throughout North America which is supported by our state-of-the-art training, parts and distribution facility near Atlanta, Georgia.
TAKEUCHI FLEET MANAGEMENT
With our ongoing efforts to serve our customers better, Takeuchi has introduced Takeuchi Fleet Management (TFM) on most Track Loader and Excavator models. TFM is a remote monitoring tool that utilizes machine data to better manage your fleet, and to keep costs down by being alerted to machine performance and health. TFM remotely connects users to their Takeuchi equipment by providing alerts and machine information including location, utilization, performance, and maintenance data to give insights into where and how equipment is being operated. Takeuchi is providing TFM free of charge during the initial warranty period, and for added peace of mind is now offering extensions for the TFM service.
