AM80

Amphibious Excavator

The EIK AM80 is an agile amphibious excavator designed for efficient operation in wet, soft, and unstable terrains. Its high-buoyancy pontoons and low-ground-pressure design provide exceptional stability in shallow water, marshes, and wetlands. It is ideal for dredging, environmental restoration, and waterway maintenance. Additionally, it offers ease of transportation due to its compact footprint when the undercarriage is retracted, facilitating quick and simple relocation between sites.

AM80 OVERVIEW

The AM80 amphibious excavator is uniquely engineered to operate effectively in marshlands, swampy regions, and soft terrains. It is fully self-propelled, enabling access to virtually all types of terrain with minimal need for additional transportation or lifting equipment. An added safety feature allows it to float on water. When equipped with a 30-foot long reach front, it can access areas that were previously unreachable. The excavator’s hydraulic extendability allows for easy preparation for transport and smooth navigation through tight workspaces on the job site. Powered by our innovative “multi-synchronous hydraulic motor direct drive” system, this high-performance amphibious excavator remains at the cutting edge of amphibious construction technology.

FEATURES

Multi-Synchronous Direct Drive: Our patented drive motor system provides superior tracking capability, making the machine virtually undeterred in any terrain. Hydraulic extendable: Powered retraction and expansion from within the cab, easy preparation for transportation and travel through tight work areas on the job site. Service Manholes: Service manholes on each pontoon for easy maintenance and field servicing.
