At Houston Heavy Machinery, we’re always looking for ways to improve our service process and reduce downtime for our customers. That’s why we’ve invested in a custom-engineered wash bay designed specifically for the demands of heavy equipment operating in the Gulf Coast.

We partnered with Evans Environmental to design and build a state-of-the-art, ultra-efficient wash bay capable of tackling Houston’s notoriously sticky clay, packed-on mud, and heavy dirt. The result is a cleaning system built for speed, efficiency, and exceptional results.

Designed for Heavy Equipment

Our new facility features two massive 35-foot by 60-foot wash bays, allowing multiple machines to be cleaned simultaneously while keeping equipment moving efficiently through our service department.

To deliver a thorough clean every time, the wash bay includes:

• Multiple 4,000 PSI pressure washers producing 8 gallons per minute
• Hot water steam cleaners for stubborn grease, oil, and debris
• A full water recycling plant engineered to handle high volumes while minimizing water waste
• An efficient workflow designed to move equipment through the wash process quickly

Every component was selected to help remove even the toughest buildup before a machine enters our shop.
